Butter Date is Back...very very soon!

the fruits of our labor

It goes without saying that an almost 6-month hiatus from a blog is enough to kill it completely.
That was never my endgame with ButterDate. 
As it turned out, planning a wedding was more time-consuming and more labor intensive than anyone could have prepared me/us for.
Part of that has to do with the nature of weddings these days and the importance we place on them and arguably a larger part of that has to do with my propensity of projects, crafts and DIY everything! And while I am so grateful to have gone through the right of passage that is:
-being engaged
-planning a wedding
(and most importantly)
-getting married (to the most amazing man on the planet)...I am also very grateful to begin a new chapter of our lives together as well as a new chapter of ButterDate.
Over the next couple months, I will post not only about current discoveries in the kitchen and out in the world but will also post about some of the wedding projects that occupied us the last couple months. 
In the meantime, thank you for your patience and hope to make it worth the wait these next few months!
